Bedroom 3: Queen bed, A/C, ceiling fan, and wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Two King Single beds, a ceiling fan, and a fun sea creature wall mural. All bedrooms include new mattresses with protective covers, 100% cotton linens, waffle towels, and both blockout blinds and soft sheer curtains. A crib is also available for our youngest guests. Essentials & Safety The main bathroom includes a separate shower and a relaxing bathtub, with shampoo and body wash provided. A laundry area is equipped with a new Bosch washing machine and detergent. We maintain high hygiene standards, using lightly scented essential oil surface sprays and ensuring all bedding has protectors. For your safety, the home is fitted with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An iron is also provided.

For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front and back of the house. These are for exterior monitoring only and there are no cameras inside the home. To keep the property in top condition, lawn mowing and pool maintenance are scheduled every third week. This service takes approximately 45 minutes, and we will always inform you in advance if it is scheduled during your stay. For your convenience, the council rubbish and recycling bins are taken to the curb on Tuesday and brought back in on Wednesday automatically.
