The Weber BBQ makes entertaining easy, while the backyard offers a peaceful stone path for a mini bush-style walk. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort There are four well-appointed bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, blockout blinds, and sheer curtains. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, the third bedroom features two king singles with whale wall art, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed plus a desk with books and magazines. All beds and mattresses are brand new and dressed in high-quality 100% cotton linens with fresh white waffle towels. Washable pillow and mattress protectors ensure hygiene. Bedrooms one to three have air conditioning and wardrobe space, while bedroom four has a ceiling fan and shares air conditioning from the living space. 🛁 Bathrooms & Laundry The main bathroom offers a separate shower and bathtub, plus there is a separate toilet. The ensuite bathroom provides complimentary shampoo and body wash. Laundry facilities include a new LG front-load washing machine with detergent provided, along with a lightly scented surface spray featuring essential oils. Centrally Located just minutes from Hervey Bay’s beautiful beaches, cafes, and whale watching tours with ample space to park boats and caravans. Side gate is 2.8m width x 2.1 Height to the downpipe. Allow 800mm for the Gutter width . 🐾 Extras & Pet Info Additional amenities include books, board games, and magazines. Pets are allowed for longer stays—please inquire before booking, as an extra cleaning fee may apply.

House Rules - Please read and agree prior to your arrival. -No smoking inside the house -No Commercial photography and filming allowed or parties. - No noise outside or music from 8.30pm onwards Cot mattress and two highchairs are available when requested and no additional cost. No eating or keeping food in the bedrooms. Each guest must be contactable via registered mobile phone number prior to the booking and during the stay. We cannot accommodate guest without their registered or contactable mobile being available. This may lead to booking cancellation. Please retain all supply - private labels of shampoo, body wash, surface sprays on site. We refill these bottles. We ask the guests to utilize all supplies while staying in the property, however, not to taken for consumption outside of the holiday home. Each bottle will cost $30 to replace. Safety and security device such as security camera (monitor exterior front driveway), smoke alarms and smart lock must not be removed or tempered which will incur cost of $500 to reinstall and the reservation is immediately cancelled, and no refunds. Please clean up the BBQ / oven after each use, BBQ wipes are provide. If found BBQ is used and not cleaned will incur additional cleaning charge of $50. No pet staying unless communicated prior to staying. Where the pet staying that's not communicated will incur additional cost of $200 per day. All fees relating to damages are payable within 72 hours after check-out Please follow the check in (after 2.00pm) and check out time (9am). We can be flexible on some occasions. Any variation must be agreed with the Host. We require this time to maintain our standard. We have 8 people capacity with bed configuration of King/ Queen/ King Single. There is an optional Sofa bed (please inform us so it can be setup). Any additional occupants (including adult / child / baby) of more than 8 people will incur additional charges per day for utilities, supplies, and cleaning. The fee is payable within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking may be subject to cancellation. This must be informed at the booking time. Please also let us know if you are inviting friends and family for overstays. We also recommend travel insurance for all traveling for factors which are outside guest controls. All damage reimbursements should be acknowledged, finalised and paid within 48 hours. We may discussion additional cleaning fee for pet staying over if they are staying inside the house. Maximum 2 dogs for each stay. We asked the travelers to stay with their pet at all time. We have fully fence backyard and side gate. The owners must confirm the pets are house-trained and flea treated and willing to bring their accessories such as bowl, blanket etc. We have a doghouse available in the backyard. Other requirements are: -Please pick up poops in the backyard and front garden each day -Please feed outside to avoid ants and insects inside -Please bring couch blanket for the leather sofa if your dogs sit on furniture with you. This prevents paws marks. We really appreciate you taking these extra steps for us and other guest who can stay comfortably after your stay.

Sensor exterior lights are installed at front and back. Lawn mowing and garden maintenance is scheduled every third week. It takes 45 minutes. We will inform you if this happens in your stay.
