Any breach will result in a $500 fee, immediate cancellation, and no refund No pets allowed unless approved in advance. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fee, plus up to $350 for pool cleaning Any damage or missing items must be reported and paid for within 72 hours of checkout Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a $50/hour staff rescheduling fee The house accommodates up to 6 people (3Queen, 2 King Single beds). An optional sofa bed is available on request Any extra guests (including infants) must be approved and will incur a daily charge for utilities and cleaning of $30 per per night. Payment for any extra guests or pet stays must be made within 72 hours of booking or the reservation may be cancelled Please inform us in advance if you plan to invite friends or family to stay overnight We recommend guests obtain travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances All damage reimbursements must be acknowledged, finalised, and paid within 48 hours
